Aquarium animal live cams you can many different animal views. Please note sometimes you should scroll down to the live animals cam…

hosted by Tennessee Aquarium

Has the penguins. The Tennessee Aquarium’s gentoo and macaroni penguins are busy birds. Check in on their playful antics any time you could use a little “penguin break.” Throughout the year, you’ll witness courtship, nest building, rearing young and molting at the Aquarium. guytip… I watched a penguin carry a rock like he was building a nest while mama penguin was sitting.

Lake Sturgeon Cam

Longtime Aquarium fans have fond memories of touching leathery-skinned Lake Sturgeon while touring the River Journey building. With the arrival of Ridges to Rivers, laying fingers on the armored bodies of these living fossils is an even better experience for guests and sturgeon alike. The newly renamed Sturgeon Bend exhibit is almost three times the size of the previous touch experience and features a more open design. This updated take on a true Aquarium classic allows even more guests to make tactile connections with a fish that can live up to 150 years and that looks much as it did in the age of the dinosaurs.

Thanks to support from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA, you can take a virtual dive into the Tennessee Aquarium’s Secret Reef exhibit. This saltwater exhibit, home to thousands of colorful reef fish, big, toothy sharks and a rescued green sea turtle. guytip… saw 2 sharks, a stingray plus many many fish swimming around. Oh I did see the turtle after a few minutes.

Because much of an otter’s life is scent-driven, you will frequently see the Aquarium’s otters playing a game of hide-and-smell. The animals will scent mark their favorite locations and Aquarium experts will occasionally introduce treats and new scents for the otters to discover. guytip… watched 3 otters playing chase running near the top of the ledge running down and diving in the water.

Much of the open ocean is relatively barren, but coral reefs are underwater islands bustling with activity. The life-rich aquatic ecosystem of the Indo-Pacific includes The Coral Triangle. Aquarium guests viewing this towering tank will see more than 30 dazzling species representing a cross section of the region’s incredible biodiversity. guytip… I saw a lot of fish swimming in there

Moon Jellies are mesmerizing, almost magical, marine creatures that appear to perform an underwater ballet at the Tennessee Aquarium. With new color-changing lighting, the ghost-like bells and swirling movement of the Aquarium’s Moon Jellyfish are even more hypnotic. guytip… this is the place to be and watch

Red-ruffed and Ring-tailed Lemurs take advantage of the towering heights beneath the Aquarium’s glass peaks as they climb up, down and around a lush rainforest setting. guytip… view in full screen mode. I even saw 3 radiated tortoises on the ground level.

Plan a visit at Tennessee Aquarium looks like a lot of fun. Check out the WEATHER SKY WEBCAM in the parking lot.
